Accutipster's Selected Shocks

We have not done this in a while, but after a few messages and emails asking why we had stopped, we decided to post a few every weekend. Here are 5 picks for this weekend:

Hamburg – @ 7/1 vs Dortmund (Away)

Although Hamburg are not in great form, they have a good record against Dortmund. Klopp’s men themselves are also losing games. 7/1 is a great price considering they have won 3 in the last 4 league games against Dortmund.

WBA – 7/1 vs Liverpool (Away)

WBA have found a good patch of form thanks to in-form front man Saido Berahino. The other nice stat supporting this is that they have taken 7 points from the last 12 (2 wins, 1 draw). +1 is 2/1 (win or draw). With Liverpool’s dodgy defence, this is one worth backing!

Wolfsberger – 4/1 vs Austria Vienna (Away)

Wolfsberger are the surprise package this season, with 6 wins in 8 games, including a 1-0 win over Salzburg. They won the last meeting 4-0, and Austria Vienna are not in good form at the moment.

Metz – 23/10 vs Evian (Away)

Evian are sitting in 18th place, finally getting their first win of the season the other day. Metz, fresh from promotion, are 5th with 4 wins in the last 5 games, including a similarly priced 23/10 win over Guingamp last weekend.

Erciyesspor – 4/1 vs Galatasaray (Home)

Kayseri are not in brilliant form, but neither are Gala. After a 4-1 loss to Arsenal midweek, they will be suffering a little. They also lost last weekend to Balikersirspor, 2-0. Erciyesspor are at home, which is an added bonus. One goal for them and the fans will be going nuts, and really getting on Gala’s backs.

If I were to pick 4 for an Accumulator – it would be Hamburg, WBA, Wolfsberger and Metz – 1056/1!

Best of luck
