Football Tips // 01.04.16

It’s been a while since my last set of tips on Monday…with the International break it’s been a rather boring week all-round, with just a few sets of tennis tips and an article on the Cricket. Friday brings the beginning of the rest of the season – no more breaks until Euro 2016 starts now really so it’s going to be a busy few months!

Today – just two games I fancy – I imagine there will be some South American tips to supplement these:

Leverkusen vs Wolfsburg: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/10 (Bundesliga, 1930 KO)

Both of these teams playing here are very hit and miss. Both sitting in the upper mid-table section, both scoring/conceding a very similar amount of goals. What swings it for me is the history – in their last 15 meetings, 13 have won in this market. One ended 3-0, the other 1-1. Last season there was a 5-4, while the par score is 3-1 to either side. Both have excellent players, so for me this is overpriced at the moment!

Crotone vs Lanciano: Crotone -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 1/1 (Serie B, 1930 KO)

Crotone have won 12/16 at home, and the majority by at least 2 goals. They have won 3 on the spin (4-2, 2-0 and 2-0) while in their last 10 home games, 7 wins – 6 of which by 2 or more. Lanciano are a decent outfit, but away from home – 10 defeats in 16 games tells you all you need to know. Typical Serie B side – good at home, rubbish away. Most of the recent meetings have been draws, but this season Crotone have been on fire, and on current form I see no reason not to back them in this match!

As a double, this pays a little over 3/1, but both good quality singles or for adding to any other games you fancy!

Best of luck
