What else can I do but apologise for yesterday! T’was a shocker – pretty much nothing coming off, with Orient and Norrkoping failing to beat very average teams, Leicester losing to Hull and to top it all off, Mlada Boleslav having their worst home game in god knows how long, losing to Karvina 2-1 after being 1-0 up for much of the game.

Bolton Win @ 2/1 and Sirius -1 @ 21/10 both landed, as did Benfica -1 @ 4/5 – but all in all a horrid day!

Today – very little on, so I’m going for a 16/1 Win + BTTS Swedish double that I feel represents excellent value:

Kalmar vs Malmo: Malmo Win + BTTS @ 11/4 (Allsvenskan, 1400 KO)

Malmo had a run of 7 wins in a row, but were halted with two draws and a loss, followed by two more wins against handy Orebro and AIK sides. Kalmar on the other hand are mid-table, scoring a lot but conceding even more! Pretty much all of their meets finish BTTS, with Malmo winning 2-1 and 3-1 in the last 5 against them.

Kjartansson of Malmo has 12 goals, while Antonsson of Kalmar has 10. They are the top two scorers in the league, which should help considerably towards this bet. Both should have plenty going forward, but Kalmar are a concern at the back and that is a good thing today! Malmo to win 3-1 for me.

IK Frej vs AFC United: AFC Win + BTTS @ 7/2 (Superettan, 1600 KO)

This is a matchup of 3rd vs 11th. The good thing for AFC is that Frej are indifferent at home – 3 wins, draws and losses. Against the better sides, they have struggled, and with AFC having 27 goals between 7 different scorers, they have goals coming from all over the pitch – there is no one star man, but an excellent team.

AFC have won 4/9 away, with 2 draws and 3 losses – but a huge factor is that they have won 3 games in their last 4, whilst Frej have not won in 5 games – the winning mentality, and feeling is very much there. Most, if not all of Frej’ games go BTTS – 8 of their 9 home games have, and with 52 goals in their 18 games thus far, including 28 conceded, their only way of winning the game is going for it, which will open the game up more so in favour of the better team.

This might be a close one, but I like 2-1 to AFC United!

As mentioned – this pays around 16/1 with Bet365, unsure if William Hill have priced the 2nd game yet but they should be around the same!

Best of luck!
