Football Tips // Friday

Morning all

I held fire yesterday, with no tips – keeping an eye on two games I possibly would have tipped. SJK drew 1-1, and Varbergs won 1-0 against Varnamo, so a record of 1/2 would have been the result, but SJK would have been the NAP.

Today looks a lot brighter in terms of value, and I have found 2 bets I very much like the look of:

1. Fylkir-Vikinger Reykjavik BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/10 (Icelandic PL, 2015 KO) (NAP)

This game has a history of goals. Both have iffy records for this type of bet in the last 5-10 games this season, with a mix of would-be-wins and losers. Previous games hold the key – both are evenly matched, and the last 5 games have gone like so:

1-1, 2-1, 4-1, 5-1, 2-1 – so 4 of the last 5 would have won on the tip we are giving! We tipped another game in this league, in the same market on Monday and it won inside 35 minutes, hoping for the same here!

2. Hasseleholms IF HT-FT @ 2/1 vs Osterlen (Swedish Division 2 Sodra Gotaland, 1800 KO)

I hope this is not too obscure a league for some of our readers – but very good value. This is 2nd vs 13th, 2nd top vs 2nd bottom. The same game ended 3-0 to the team we are backing earlier this season, while Osterlen have lost 5 in a row overall and 4/5 at home! Hasseleholms are unbeaten in their last 5 overall, and won 3/5 away from home.

6 of their 6 wins this season have been HT-FT, while 6 of Osterlen’s 9 losses have been HT-FT. Slightly long odds, but good value! This bet is not to be confused with Win both halves – the team simply have to be ahead at Half-time and full time, so a 1-0 win with a goal in the first half would win the bet.

The double pays around 6/1, with my prices coming from Bet365 this morning. Probably the best around for me, with odds being available on such small leagues, where SkyBet or William Hill wouldn’t even price up at all!

Best of luck
