Decent weekend – 2 NAP’s landed from 3 tipped, with all three being in Poland. 3 winners from 6 lower priced tips, and the couple of higher priced Win + BTTS’ tips (9/2 and 4/1) both lost, but with red cards and missed penalties…it was one of those!
Today I have a good looking double, going back to one of my favourite markets – Corners:
1. Nordsjaelland-Aalborg Over 10 Corners @ 23/20 (1800 KO, Danish Superliga – NAP)
If you look at the opening two games of the season for both sides, they are very contrasting. Just 10 corners in 2 games involving Nordsjaelland, while there have been 23 in the two that Aalborg have played in. Look back to their last four meetings and you have the key reason why I have backed this – 12, 16, 12 and 12 – 52 in 4 games, an average of 13!
2. Tom Tomsk-Arsenal Tula Over 2.5 Goals @ 43/40 (Russian 1st Division, 1445 KO)
These two will be vying for the title come the end of the season, with both having spent time in the Premier League recently. In Tomsk’s first four league games, a total of 17 goals and every game has had at least 3 in, while bar a 0-0 draw all of Arsenal Tula’s have had 3-4 goals, a total of 11. No previous meets, but both have good attacks and leaky defences – so for me good value @ 43/40.
The double pays near 3.5/1, and is all the value I see today. Sarajevo is a tempting game, but with odds being hard to find it’s difficult to tip anything as only one or two bookies are offering anything other than the match result market. Nancy-Tours BTTS was also half-tempting, but with Nancy having a good defence, it is not worth the risk.
Best of luck
