Football Tips // Sunday

Morning all!

6 games have won out of 6 so far, with plenty of profit being had thanks to a cracker yesterday! Today, I am looking at the cards market in a few games, since there are some derby’s/tense matches going on in England and Scotland. Bar the other 4 games on today in my Preview, I don’t see a great deal of value about – hence why I’m trying something different:

1. Hearts-Rangers Over 65 Booking Points @ 11/8

Yellow Card = 10 points, Red Card = 25, 2 yellows + red = 35.

The last time these two met there were 115 booking points, the other time this season there were 80. This is a very feisty matchup, that Hearts have won both times so far. Much like a few games we know (River vs Boca Juniors) this could just turn into a kicking match. A red card is well expected, but I’m going safe with Over 65 BP’s @ 11/8 – SkyBet have this, along with a few other bookies.

2. Sunderland vs Newcastle – Sunderland Most Booking Points @ 6/4

Sunderland have a defence full of slow, old players as well as Lee Cattermole (he is 4/6 to be booked, which tells you all you need to know!). Newcastle have some very quick, young attacking players like Cabella and Ayoze Perez. This derby is usually fiery, so I’m expecting cards. Sunderland are on home turf, so will have a lot of fan pressure – and to be fair I’m expecting a red card in this one, but going for Sunderland MBP’s @ 6/4.

3. Tottenham Win @ 6/5 vs Burnley

Spurs have won 2/3 of the meetings between the two this season, with the draw coming in the FA Cup. Kane is on fire, and Spurs look a good side at the moment. Burnley will be under pressure knowing they are in the bottom 2 now, with QPR and Leicester picking up rare wins yesterday. Can see a tight game, with Spurs edging it 2-1.

4. R Madrid B Win @ Evens vs Conquense

Madrid B are in the top 8 at the moment, and doing okay – form is not brilliant, but picking up plenty of wins, despite losing 4 of their last 5 games. Conquense are bottom of the league, and are pretty awful. Madrid won earlier in the season, and I’m expecting the same again.

This as an accumulator pays a little over 20/1, with myself backing the first two in a double as well as Kane + Spurs Win @ 3/1 (a SkyBet special at this time of morning). I also have the remaining 4 sides from our Preview yesterday in a £20 Acca after making a killing off the Chaves, Bayern and PSV games last night, turning £10 into £70 within 3 hours through small in-play bets.

Today looks a good day – my NAP is Hearts-Rangers Over 65 Booking Points @ 11/8 – after the last two games this season it looks great value, as this game is very dirty!

Best of luck!
