Been a quiet few days, what with very little on football wise. In that time we have seen the demise of Sepp Blatter…and that’s pretty much it. Two bets I eyed up over the last two days both lost, so holding fire has been a sensible idea so far this week, bar the fiasco on Monday where a game with 35 shots produced a 0-0 draw, with missed penalties and disallowed goals!
Today is just Sweden – a tasty looking double that I have been eyeing up all week. Odds are very good too:
1. Djurgarden-Norrkoping BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 21/20 (Allsvenskan, 1800 KO) (NAP)
This game just has to have goals in it. Both come into the game in great form, with Norrkoping unbeaten in 7 and Djurgarden unbeaten in 8, with 6 wins in that spell of form! Djurgarden, at home – would have landed this bet in 4 of their last 5 games. Norrkoping have had BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals in 3 of their last 3 overall.
In Mushekwi and Kujovic, both have a scorer that is in the top 2 this season, with 9 and 8 respectively. When Djurgarden have been at home in this fixture, all of the last 7 games have ended BTTS, at least. Just 4 of Norrkoping’s 11 games this season have stayed under 2.5 goals, with both having a combined 30 odd goals in the 11 games thus far (for/against). Over 3.5 was tempting @ 13/8, but gone safer with this bet!
2. Kalmar Win @ 13/10 vs Hammarby (Allsvenskan, 1800 KO)
Kalmar have won 3/5 both at home and overall, while Hammarby have lost 4/5 both away and overall, with the other game being a draw. At home, vs Hammarby in the past, Kalmar have won the last 5, while overall they have won 4 of the last 5. Really great price, considering all form!
There isn’t a lot more to say about that game – form speaks for itself, and Hammarby have been awful. It’s only their home form that is keeping them out of the drop zone, and just one place below Kalmar
The duo together pays a decent 4/1!
Best of luck
