What a dreadful game last night! Slovakia came for the point, and left with a point after stout defending for 90 minutes where at least 10 men sat behind the ball for the whole game! England had a few good chances but failed to convert any.
With the remaining 8 games played over the next two days – it will be back to doubles:
Turkey vs Czech Republic: BTTS @ 1/1 (Group D, 2000 KO)
These two sit 4th and 3rd respectively, and it is much the same scenario as Albania-Romania – the winner has a good chance of going through to the next stage. For this reason, both should be going all out to win, and with two suspect back fours, I see an entertaining game! BTTS looks value @ 1/1, while for those who like a little more risk for extra price – adding over 2.5 goals pays a total of 7/4.
They met in qualifying, and both won once, with results of 2-0 and 2-1. Could go either way, but I expect both to score!
Croatia vs Spain: Spain Win @ 1/1 (Group D, 2000 KO)
Similar to the game above – winner takes all. Whoever wins takes top spot in Group D, and you really can’t see past a Spain win. A lot like England, Spain had troubles breaking down the Czech’s, but when teams come out and try and beat them – they pass you off the pitch and eventually break you, as they did with the Turks in a 3-0 win. Croatia do have the tools to cause problems, but today I think Spain will have far too much in their armoury for the Croats to handle!
Over 1.5 Spain goals pays a healthy 5/4, but again – sticking with the win!
3/1 double, and if you add the higher two bets it is a 5/1 double
Best of luck
