Not a fantastic return yesterday – everything was a goal short! Bolton failed to beat a 10-man Chesterfield team, Forest-Preston ended 1-1, Fulham only beat Rotherham 1-0 and Watford won 1-0, not quite the 2 goals needed.
Today there is quite a lot on, but not a lot of value. Here is my value double followed by a 8/1 four-fold:
Sudtirol vs Venezia: Venezia Over 1.5 Team Goals @ 11/10 (Lega Pro B, 1530 KO)
Venezia are top of their league and face a Sudtirol side they have beaten twice already this season, 2-0 and 4-0. They look set to go back to the 2nd tier for the first time in a few years! Their away form is actually by some way better than their home, and with that in mind 17/20 for the win seems good value – and will feature later – but for them to score 2 goals 11/10 is great value!
Granada vs Barcelona: Barcelona -2 Goal Handicap @ 5/4 (La Liga, 1945 KO)
Barcelona might well be without Messi, but Neymar and Suarez have enough in them to destroy any side – add in the rest of the team and they should win and win well. Granada are in the bottom two, and really looking like heading down a division come May. The point are needed to catch Real Madrid, should they win their game in hand that would be 5 point difference between the two.
That duo of value tips pays in the region of 3.8/1 – while I have an 8/1 shot below:
Venezia Win @ 17/20
Barcelona Over 2.5 Team Goals @ 4/6
Zilina -2 Goal Asian Handicap @ 7/10
Rijeka Win to Nil @ 4/5
Venezia and Barca are pretty much explained above – the other two sides, Rijeka and Zilina – both facing the bottom team in their respective leagues. Zilina have scored 3 or more at home in their last 13 home games, winning all of them. Presov’s away form is dreadful and given their last time at the Zilina stadium ended in a 4-0 defeat, it’s hard to see anything different coming.
Rijeka face Cibalia – who are also bottom and have conceded over 50 goals so far. Rijeka are unbeaten and concede very few. They have won 20/25, conceding only 15 in the process.
Best of luck!
