After 5 wins from 6 between Monday and Wednesday, the week went sour with just 1 win from 8 from the rest of it! There was a mix of bad luck and a few teams like Debrecen that just didn’t turn up which you start to find at this time of the season. You then had Liverpool yesterday lose to Swansea, which topped it off with a cherry…
Today – a 4.38/1 double coming from games in Holland and Sweden:
Almere City vs Emmen: Almere Win + Over 2.5 Goals @ 13/8 (Dutch Erste – Playoff Stage, 1900 KO)
Almere come into this on the back of huge form – 9 wins from their final 11 games, dropping points to only NAC and Go Ahead Eagles. 28 points from 33…impressive! In their last two meets with Emmen, they won 6-5 and 4-0, and with the away side coming into the game in very poor form consisting of 4 consecutive losses – I believe the momentum will be with the home side. Ironically, the 11 games stint of winning started with the 6-5 win against Emmen – while 7 of the 9 wins have been Win + Over 2.5 Goals.
Kalmar vs Orebro: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 21/20 (Swedish Allsvenskan, 1800 KO)
Orebro’s 6 games so far read as follows: 4-2, 3-2, 1-3, 2-1, 3-1, 0-2 – very near the top of the table, and looking in very good form! 13 scored, 11 conceded…that’s some record! Kalmar on the other hand are not so hot, but still have had scorelines of 1-4, 3-2, 2-3 and a couple of 1-1’s s far as they sit near the foot of the table. Sweden has been pretty good for goals so far – and I believe it will continue here.
4.38/1 for the regular double might not be a high enough price for some – so I’ve found a 20/1 double that I think is fantastic value:
- Orebro Win + BTTS @ 5/1
- Almere Win + BTTS @ 12/5
Combined for the price mentioned above – and with Almere winning 9 of their last 11, as well as Orebro winning 4 of their 6 so far (all win + BTTS) I consider it a good looking bet. Kalmar have conceded in every game, and I don’t expect it to change any time soon.
Best of luck
