Not a great day yesterday – Doncaster the chief instigators in a poor day – while Rochdale also failed to beat Bristol Rovers and Reading drew 2-2 with Ipswich. In terms of the 8-fold accumulator – Doncaster ruined that, while Basel, At Madrid, Dundee Utd and Bristol City all obliged in a mix of match results and handicaps.
Just two tips for today – both included in the big accumulator, but with different markets added – a value double is available:
Levante vs Gimnastic: Levante -1 Goal Handicap @ 13/8 (Spanish Segunda, 1700 KO)
Levante are a side in great home form – dropping just four points from 33, with 9 wins and 2 draws in 11 games. Marti Roger has 13 this season, and will be a huge threat this afternoon for Gimnastic, who have lost 7 of 12 away games – conceding over 20.
Benfica vs Nacional: Benfica -2 Goal Handicap @ 5/4 (Portuguese Primeira, 1800 KO)
Benfica have been in typically good form of late, especially at home – scoring 3+ in each of their last four home games, as well as winning 7 of 9 at home and being unbeaten. Pizzi, Mitroglu and Jimenez have been regular scorers, each bagging just under 10 goals each – and despite the loss of Goncalo Guedes to PSG, the fact they have ready made replacements with the likes of Andrija Zivkovic and Franco Cervi – I see it as having little to no impact.
Nacional have lost 7 away games in a row, and not even played any of the top 4/5 sides. Their last three games against Benfica home and away have been 4-1, 3-1 and 4-1. If Benfica get one early, it could be a long evening for the away side!
The double pays a little over 5/1.
Best of luck
