Nothing takes my fancy in the Champions League tonight – and after yesterday’s fiasco where the likes of Middlesbrough lost, Charlton and MK Dons provided the most boring game I’ve ever seen etc – I’m definitely staying away!
Today – just a couple of Asian Handicap picks in the smaller European leagues:
Keflavik vs Stjarnan: Stjarnan -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 23/20 (Icelandic Cup, 1900 KO) – NAP
I’m not usually a cup person – but this game screams value! Stjarnan have won 6 of the last 7 meetings between the two – 5 of which were by -1 goal. Last September, they beat them 7-0 and are much better match prepared. Stjarnan have played 6 games this year so far, and won 8 of their last 10, whereas Keflavik have barely played at all. This is a key reason why I think they will win!
Bekescsaba vs Ferencvaros: Ferencvaros -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 1/1 (Hungarian NBI, 1700 KO)
These two have met twice in the last year or so, and Ferencvaros have won both 1-0 (however should have won by a lot more!) Their away record is very good, with around an 80%+ win ratio, with a couple of blips. The home side today have the worst record on home soil, with 7 losses in 11. So, in short – best away side in the league vs worst home side in the league. Void is the least I’m expecting in this game!
Together this pays a a good price of around 3/1.
Also on the site today we have my way of making between £20 and £45 on guaranteed profit using Bet365’s risk free in-play offer. If you have not seen it take a look.
Best of luck
