On the domestic tips yesterday – 2/4, but both the other games were just a goal away from winning – so all in all an unlucky day – since Northampton were a man light for 35 minutes and Morecambe should have scored at least one of 20 odd shots!
On the international front – Romania won 5-0 @ 11/10, while the BTTS tip in the Slovakia game was a goal light for the away side – a very poor game overall and one I expected to be much better. Today – 2 value tips from both domestic and internationals:
Finland vs Croatia: Croatia -1 Goal Handicap @ 5/4 (1700 KO)
Croatia looked very good against a poor Kosovo side, and with Finland conceding 3 to Iceland, added to the quality of the Croatia side – they should put a few past them today.
Viterbese vs Pontedera: Viterbese Clean Sheet @ 1/1 (Italian Legia Pro, 1330 KO)
Viterbese have conceded just 1 goal in 7 games so far this season – ONE! They are flying high in the league standings and look very good at the moment. Against a side who struggle to score away from home, I see this is a very good bet!
Vibonese vs Lecce: Lecce -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 6/4 (Italian Legia Pro, 1330 KO)
Similar to above, but kind of the opposite – Lecce have scored 15 goals in their opening 7, and won 6 – drawing the other. They play Vibonese, who have scored just two goals in 7 games, and conceded 11. Given the strength of the Lecce side – including players on loan from Palermo, Udinese and Bologna – Salvature Caturano one of which, has 11 goals in 17 games for the former Serie A side, Lecce should have far too much for the struggling Vibonese to deal with.
An excellent variation of bets – all terrific value. I’m not going to suggest any doubles or trebles – it’s hard to pick from those!
Best of luck!
