A cracking weekend ahead of us – here are my two tips for Saturday:
Newcastle vs Fulham: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (Championship, 1500 KO)
Two of the highest scorers in the league face off In this one, Newcastle managing 69 goals whilst Fulham have bagged 60. Newcastle come into this unbeaten in 11 league games; winning seven and drawing four. Fulham themselves have been impressive of late unbeaten in six; winning four and drawing two. Of Fulham’s last six matches they have scored in all six and conceded in five keeping only one clean sheet. Fulham come off the back of a last minute equaliser at home to Leeds and certainly won’t be expecting to take three points away from St James’ Park, they will be looking to stem any Newcastle flow something their defensive record shows they struggle with. Newcastle are far from untouchable defensively and Fulham always seem to score.
Charlton vs Walsall: Walsall Draw No Bet @ 6/4 (League One, 1500 KO)
Walsall take a trip to The Valley looking to continue a decent run; losing only three matches since the turn of the year, they have taken 10 points from their last five matches and have kept clean sheets in four of those. Charlton have struggled throughout the season, before Tuesday’s win against Scunthorpe they had failed to win in eight matches. The defensive aspect of the game is clearly an issue for Charlton, failing to keep a clean sheet and conceding 18 goals in their last nine. In terms of home advantage you still gain little confidence in Charlton as they have only won two of their last eight matches at The Valley.
We have posted the 8-Fold Acca a little earlier, so if you like a big acca for the weekend – check it out!
The double pays around 4/1.
Best of luck
