A bitterly disappointing day yesterday – 3 wins from 4, and the loser – the one team left unbeaten in England. Carlisle…
Bar that, Dover won 3-1 despite being 10 men at 0-0, Doncaster won 3-1 and the Gillingham-Northampton BTTS + Over 2.5 was a late one, with Gillingham grabbing the all important 3rd goal in the 91st minute! Today – not much on, but a few bits of value in the World Cup qualifying and some in the lower leagues/competitions around Europe:
Luxembourg vs Holland: Over 2.5/No BTTS @ 7/5 (1700 KO)
I had originally backed the -2 handicap @ 6/4 but it has been backed down to sub-evens, making it of no value really. This is a great alternative, as I’m expecting Holland to score 3+ and not concede. This is the opposite of my usual BTTS + Over 2.5 goals tips, with it meaning that either side will score 3 or more and not concede. Holland might well be going through a tough spell, but should have more than enough for a very poor Luxembourg side.
Baltika vs Dynamo Moscow: Moscow HT-FT @ 1/1 (Russian Division 1, 1430 KO)
Dynamo are currently easing towards promotion back to the Premier League in Russia – and against bottom side Baltika, they shouldn’t have an easier game. They won 3-1 in August in the Russian Cup, and since have got better and better. Not many Moscow players, if any – will be in the Russia squad, so no risk of missing players affecting the game.
Livingston vs TNS: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (Scottish Cup, 1605 KO)
A strange one – but TNS, the Welsh side – are allowed to compete in this competition. Either way, both are in great form and scoring for fun, though both concede when playing slightly better sides. I think it will be a high scoring game, with this bet landing with ease.
As a treble, this pays around the 10/1 mark.
Best of luck
