A decent day yesterday – the 2/1 double landing quite easily in the end with both games being BTTS either just before or not long after half time. Anderlecht also won 3-0 for a 11/10 Asian Handicap winner, but Krasnodar spoiled the day – wasting numerous chances on the way to a 0-0 draw with Partizani.
Another low risk double, as well as a medium risk double for today:
Bayern vs Werder Bremen: Bayern Win to Nil @ 4/6 (German Bundesliga, 1930 KO)
Bayern have gone over 8 years since last losing to Bremen, and 5 games without conceding – including a few whoppings! First game of the season however, and a few bodies missing – Costa, Coman, Alonso and Robben the big ones.
However – with Ribery, Lewandowski, Muller, Hummels, Neuer etc still starting – I see no problems and 75%+ possession for the German Champs. Bremen are missing Max Kruse – possibly one of their best, which will have an impact on their attacking intent.
Vitesse vs Utrecht: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 10/11 (Dutch Eredivisie, 1900 KO)
So…last 15 meetings:
3-1, 2-1, 3-3, 2-1, 3-1, 3-1, 2-0, 2-1, 2-2, 2-1, 4-2, 4-1, 2-2, 2-2 and 6-1 (not all wins for Vitesse…but just the scores in general).
A near 94% ratio of BTTS + Over 2.5. Both have started well in this market – 3/3 for Utrecht and 2/3 for Vitesse. Sebastian Haller for the away side is in good form, while Chelsea’s on-loan starlet Nathan is also doing well, bagging a double in his first game of the season.
At near 1/1, this is a fantastic little bet to top the low risk double up to around 2.2/1!
Ceske Budejovice vs Znojmo: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 6/5 (Czech Division 2, 1700 KO)
These two have great records both against each other and of late in this market.
In the last 10 home games for Budejovice – 7 BTTS + Over 2.5’s, and in Znojmo’s last 10 away games, the same – 7/10! Against each other, the last 5 meets have ended 3-2, 2-2, 1-0, 3-1 and 2-1 – the former duo of 3-2 and 2-2 in May and June respectively.
NAC Breda vs Den Bosch: NAC Over 2.5 Team Goals @ 1/1 (Dutch Erste, 1900 KO – NAP)
NAC are one of the best home teams in the league, and have stated with 3 wins from 4 – but not playing brilliantly thus far. On the other hand, Den Bosch have started awfully – 3 losses from 4 games and a staggering 16 conceded!
Over the last few seasons NAC have reaped havoc against them – winning 6-3 and 3-0 last season, and any result before that was over 10 years ago! They are no cannon fodder though – having scored 10 as well as the 16 conceded – but Breda should have a better defence than those they have faced, which included scores of 5-2, 5-2 and 5-4!
At home, where they are at their best – NAC should have some fun against such a weak defence! 3+ goals currently priced @ 1/1
Smaller priced double pays around 2.2/1 with Bet365 and around 2/1 with William Hill.
The other pays around the 3.5/1 mark with both of the bookies we price with.
