Football Tips // BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals // Saturday

Afternoon all

This should have gone up at 8am this morning, but failed for some reason.

As promised, a BTTS + Over 2.5 Acca for 3pm today – all English games and ones that have had a good record of this market so far this season and in previous meetings between the two sides in question. It pays just over 20/1 – and all four have an outstanding chance:

1. Leicester-Tottenham BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (Premier League)

In the last three meetings, well recent meetings – scores of 4-3, 2-1 and 2-1. Leicester have begun well, with 4-2 and 2-1 wins over Sunderland and West Ham. Spurs on the other hand have had tougher games – blowing a 2-0 lead against Stoke to draw 2-2, and lost 1-0 to Man Utd. Leicester look one of the most dangerous teams in the league, while Spurs posses great quality in Kane, Eriksen and plenty more. I fancy a lot of goals in this one!

2. Bury-Crewe BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/10 (League One)

Both of these cannot defend, but equally can score plenty. Bury’s four results so far have been 1-1. 1-2, 2-2 and 3-4, while Crewe’s have been 0-0, 0-2, 2-3, 1-3. Their last two meets came 2 seasons ago, and were 2-2 and 3-2. Bury in particular have the firepower, but lack decent defenders. This is one that could land in the first half!

3. Carlisle-AFC Wimbledon BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 5/4 (League Two)

Carlisle’s first four games have shown a weakness at the back – a 4-4 draw with Cambridge, followed by 4-1, 3-1 and 1-1 results in League and Cup. Wimbledon are similar, with results of 2-1, 2-1, 1-0 and 2-0 – while the two meetings last season ended 4-4 and 3-1.

4. Grimsby-Torquay BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/8 (Conference)

Grimsby look fantastic when attacking, but cannot keep a clean sheet – they have faced three promoted sides and won 4-1, 4-1 and lost 2-1, while drawing 2-2 to Kidderminster. Torquay on the other hand have had a mixed bag, with scores of 3-2, 3-1, 1-0 and 1-0 – but the last meeting was a 3-2 scoreline, and Torquay won 2-0 before that too – and with Grimsby’s frail backline, I see Torquay bagging at least one.

Like mentioned – around 21/1, and all 3pm kick off’s!

Best of luck for the day!
