The £10-£100 failed at the first hurdle last night – Midtylland were 2-1 up but conceded near the end! Remarkable that it’s the first time they’ve failed to win vs Randers in 10 attempts! Typical we pick their off day…
For the next few days there is a little bit of football – mainly European Qualifiers. I have a four fold acca ready!
Sheriff Tiraspol vs Hapoel Beer-Sheva: BTTS @ 5/6 (1800 KO, Tuesday)
This ended 2-3 in the first leg, with both having very poor defences. I can see the 2nd leg going a very similar route, with BTTS @ 5/6 smacking value! Both will have aspirations to reach the group stage, and both have a good chance here as it should be an open game.
FK Liepaja vs Salzburg: Salzburg -1 Goal Handicap @ 8/11 (1700 KO, Tuesday)
Salzburg dominated the first leg and only came away with a 1-0 win. With more players returning to their squad after a rest, they should be much stronger and with Liepaja needing a goal to take it any further, Salzburg should take them apart! 8/11 good value for -1.
Trencin vs Ljubljana: BTTS @ 8/11 (1915 KO, Wednesday)
This one ended 4-3 in the first leg, so expect both to know exactly how to break each other down. I don’t think we will see 7 goals again, but I think both will score. Champions in their respective countries – I think it will be another cracker!
Ventspils vs Aberdeen: Aberdeen Win @ 10/11 (1600 KO. Thursday)
Aberdeen won this 3-0 in the first leg, so for Ventspils it’s pretty much all out attack from the start if they have any chance of overturning this. Aberdeen are much the better side, and I think they will once again win this one. It might not be 3-0, but I’m expecting them to pick off their opponents and kill the game off ASAP.
This pays 9/1 with William Hill – Bet365 are yet to price BTTS in the Trencin game, but I think it will be similar.
Best of luck
