No luck yesterday – with Aguero failing to find the net in a 3-3 draw with Celtic, while Sanchez was impressive for Arsenal – but Walcott scored both goals, set up by the Chilean. Europa League football takes centre stage tonight – quite a few games, and with that quite a bit of value!
Hapoel Beer Sheva vs Southampton: Southampton Win @ 5/4 (1800 KO)
Southampton have hit form over the last 2-3 weeks, 4 wins in 4 games including wins against West Ham and Sparta Prague. Defensively looking sound, I think they will beat a decent Israeli side, who infact beat Inter just 2 weeks ago!
On the goalscorer front – Charlie Austin will probably be rested since he played Sunday – so I think Shane Long will start and score, A/T @ 2/1.
Steaua Bucharest vs Villarreal: Villarreal Win @ 11/10 (1800 KO)
Villarreal beat Zurich 2-1 last time out in this competition, and like Soton are in good form. With a range of strikers to choose from, including Pato, Bakambu and Sansone – I think the latter will score again as he did on the weekend. Their back-four is strong, a class keeper and a midfield consisting of the likes of Trigueros, Cheryshev and Castillejo – they should get through Steaua no problem!
Nicola Sansone A/T scorer – 12/5
Sparta Prague vs Inter Milan: Inter Win @ 13/10 (1800 KO)
Inter are very hit and miss – lost to Beer Sheva last time out in the Europa League, but in the league have been pretty good. Icardi is 10/11 on to score, but with them playing Sunday, he may well be rested and someone like Gabriel Barbosa or Stevan Jovetic given a chance to shine. Rotation is likely, but I think Inter will beat Sparta tonight.
The match result treble pays around 9/1, with my best tip being Villarreal Win @ 11/10. One other good option is using William Hill’s A/T Scorer & Match Result Wincast/Scorecast bet – using Sansone and Long that comes in at over 10/1!
Best of luck!
