It’s official. I’m cursed. Juventus failed to win for the first time in 16 games, and the first time I have backed them! Unbelievable!
Today, I am backing a mixture of markets, with a couple of handicaps, and a BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals bet that is too good to turn down!
Burnley vs Rotherham: Burnley -1 Goal Handicap @ 5/4 (English Championship, 1500 KO)
In 3 of Burnley’s last five home games, they have put four goals past their opposition. Turf Moor is where Andre Gray comes alive and gets most of his goals. Today, they are playing a Rotherham side that leaks goals from all over the shop.
Burnley have won 10 of 15 home games (6 won by -1 Goal) while Rotherham have lost 11 of 15 away games, conceding nearly 30 goals and losing 5 by -1 Goal.
Monaco vs Troyes: Monaco -1 Goal Handicap @ 1/1 (French Ligue 1, 1900 KO)
Monaco’s home form isn’t as good as the above, but they have won 6, drawn 5 and lost 2 of their 13 home games. They have won 4 of their last 5, and several of those by 2 goals or more. The big reason here is Troyes. 9 losses in 13 away games, and 6 of those by -1, usually conceding around 4 goals (3 times in their last 5 away). They are looking a bit like the cannon fodder for the league, and an in-form Monaco side should sweep them aside in their quest for Champions League football once again.
Millwall vs Peterborough: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (English League One, 1500 KO)
I know these individual markets are covered by other tipsters, but the prices for each are fairly low. However a combined price in one of my favourite markets is a great price at 1/1. Millwall have a combined 88 goals in 31 games, while Peterborough have a combined 99 in 30. Both can score easily, and in quantity – but both have conceded over 40. Their records are mixed in the market – Peterborough with 8 in their 15 away games – but playing against each other I think this is the perfect market. In the league this season, their previous meeting ended 5-3 to Peterborough.
In a treble, this pays around the 8/1 mark.
Best of luck,
