With one game voided last night, and Steaua Bucharest having a mare against the 2nd worst team in the league (losing 3-1) it was a night to forget. Today I have found two games in the Football League, and with Scott joining us, there is an option to add both of our top two together for a 16/1 accumulator.
You will enjoy Scott – he has been someone I have discussed tips with over Twitter for a while now, and he in a way has helped me, usually suggesting a game or two that he really liked the look of, and 9 times out of 10 he was spot on!
Anyway, my two games:
Peterborough vs Oldham: Peterborough Win @ 1/1 (League One, 1945 KO)
Peterborough have fallen off the wagon somewhat recently – before their last 3 home league games where they have picked up a point from 9, they had taken 22 of their last 27! They have replaced Conor Washington with Tom Nichols, while after a cup run they really showed themselves in a good light with two great performances against Premier League opposition.
Oldham on the other hand are 3rd from bottom but strangely, struggle more at home than away. 10 draws away from home is really weird to see, and despite this I still think they will lose. Peterborough’s overall play is far superior and with two or three strong forwards, as well as the likes of Jon Taylor and Martin Samuelson in midfield, I like the odds @ 1/1.
Exeter vs Oxford Utd: Oxford Win @ 6/5 (League Two, 1945 KO) – NAP
Oxford are in the top 3 and pushing hard for promotion, automatically. They have won 7 of their last 10 away games and have the 2nd best away record in the league. Exeter have scored and conceded in 9 of their last 10 home games, and despite only losing 3 or 4 – I think the quality of Oxford’s back four, teamed with their quality forward line should see them win this.
Together, that pays around 3.5/1 as a double. A double NAP would mean you add Scott’s tip of Lowestoft Over 1.5 Team Goals @ 11/10 for a 4/1 dual bet.
For an accumulator of around the 16/1 – 18/1 mark, add the top two of Scott’s tips:
Lowestoft Town Over 1.5 Team Goals @ 11/10
Accrington Over 1.5 Team Goals @ 8/11

2 of his 3 tips are in the Non-League section of English football, so are a risk to be called off due to poor pitch quality and the cold weather.
Best of luck
