Not quite there at the weekend again – 4/6 overall, with Wigan-Rotherham somehow ending 0-0, and Fylde ending 1-1.
Heidenheim-Dusseldorf ended 3-1, Zaragoza-Vallecano 1-2, Clyde-Sterling 2-1 while the value game, Cukaricki-Radnicki ended with 2 sent off in a 2-3 result!
The midweek spell see’s a quick fire Acca – all played Tuesday or Wednesday, starting in Italy and Belgium on Tuesday evening.
Here are my 6 picks:
1: Mouscron vs Beveren: Over 2.5 Goals @ 7/10 (1930, Belgian Pro)
Another Pro-League game to go with the Anderlecht one – Mouscron and Beveren both have decent records in the market and are quite equal sides, which can encourage end-to-end play and more chances to boot. In the regular season, Beveren had a 21-9 record, and Mouscron an 18-12. Last meet ended 2-2 in February.
2: Ternana vs Foggia: Over 2.5 Goals @ 13/20 (1930, Serie B)
Foggia have a 26-9 record for this market, Ternana a 20-15, however they’ve had 53 scored/61 conceded for a 2nd bottom team! It’s practically the same as Foggia, but the away side sit happily in mid-table. Foggia could easily score 3 on their own, but equally they have conceded 3 or more twice in their last 5 games!
3: Rudes vs Lok Zagreb: Over 2.5 Goals @ 23/20 (1500, Croatian HNL)
Both have a 55% ratio for this market – but the key is confidence. Rudes defeated Rijeka 4-2 at the weekend, while Zagreb beat Belupo 5-2, so both will go into the game with confidence. Rijeka are one of the leading teams in Croatia, and for a team like Rudes to win 4-2 is shocking! They have a decent record between them, and with both likely to think they can win it, the goals could flow.
4: Torino vs AC Milan: Over 2.5 Goals @ 21/20 (1945, Serie A)
If this was the other way round – I would not back it. AC Milan struggle for goals at home, but away from the San Siro – they can express themselves a little – and have the 2nd best Over 2.5 Goals record. Torino also have a much better goals record at home, than away.
5: Liege vs Anderlect: Over 2.5 Goals @ 21/20 (1930, Belgian Pro)
Liege have been quiet on goals for three games – all 1-0’s, however against a bitter rival in Anderlecht, who are struggling with injuries (despite an impressive 1-0 win over Brugge) – I think this could be the game where they let loose. Their last meet in January ended 3-3, and given the history of goals – it should be an open game.
6: Dusseldorf II vs Rodinghausen: Over 2.5 Goals @ 4/6 (1830, Reg. West)
These two’s last couple of meetings have ended 4-3! However the stats are there in general. Rodinghausen have a 20-7 record, while Dusseldorf have a 17-12 record. At home, 9-5 for Dusseldorf, away – 10-3 for Rodinghausen. @ 4/6 this looks a very good value given the stats!
This pays around the 43/1 mark with most bookmakers.
Best of luck
