With internationals taking away the best part of the last two weeks, the month has been very boring thus far – even since Tuesday there has been sweet f-all on! It’s been so quiet that I posted this weekends’ 40-1 8 fold on Thursday – which can be seen here
Four tips for today – two Premier League, and two from abroad:
Chelsea v Leicester: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 21/20 (12:30 KO, Premier League)
Last seasons’ Champions Leicester haven’t started the season where they left off, they currently sit 12th with eight points from a possible 21. They have conceded 11 goals and kept three clean sheets. Leicester have scored eight goals and failed to score on two occasions. Chelsea have scored in six of their seven matches totalling 12 goals, they have conceded nine goals and kept only two clean sheets. They also played out a 4-2 classic in the EFL Cup earlier in the season.
Man City v Everton: Man City Win + BTTS @ 13/8 (15:00 KO, Premier League)
Man City are top as it stands, for all of their dominance as far as results go they concede regularly having kept only one clean sheet this season. Scoring goals hasn’t been a problem for City who are the leagues joint tops scorers with 18 goals. Everton have been impressive up until this point having only lost one of their seven matches, they have found the net on 11 occasions. Everton are strong defensively having only conceded five goals – but given City’s attacking dominance I don’t see this being an issue. City have won six of their seven games with both teams scoring. With no Sterling, and possibly no De Bruyne, it could be closer than Man City fans expect.
Sarpsborg v Rosenborg: Rosenborg -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 23/20 (17:00 KO, Norwegian Tippeligaen)
As mentioned in this weekends’ 40-1 low risk accumulator – Rosenborg have won the league, with 20 wins from 26 games. They have a great record against Sarpsborg – and with Gytkjaer in great form (15 goals in his last 17 games) they can further extend their league and winning run. They have a winning mentality – and although some teams can go off the boil once the league is wrapped up, I don’t see them losing.
Mönchengladbach v Hamburg: M’gladbach -1 Goal Asian Handicap @ 23/20 (Bundesliga, 14:30 KO – NAP)
Gladbach have 3 wins from 3 at home, scoring at least 2 per game, while Hamburg have 3 losses from 3 away, conceding nearly 10 goals in the process. 4/6 for the win is a decent price, and is in the 40-1 acca – but the asian handicap is certainly a good price at over 1/1.
Due to the sheer value and added safety – the double is:
- Rosenborg -1 Asian Handicap @ 23/20 + M’gladbach -1 Asian Handicap @ 23/20 = 3.5/1
Accumulator: All Four @ 25/1
Best of luck!
