With no internet at the moment due to moving recently, this post has been written at the same time as yesterday’s tips – so no idea how they have turned out, unless I miraculously find a time machine, in which case you are in for a good day tomorrow…
Sunday’s tips see just three picks – all great value in my opinion:
- Wolfsburg -1 Goal @ 6/4 vs Paderborn (Bundesliga, 1430 KO)
Paderborn have faced two other top teams at home recently, and lost 3-0 and 6-0 to Leverkusen and Bayern. With Wolfsburg now out of Europe, they will fully be concentrating on getting a Champions League spot via an automatic place, 2nd spot in the league. They face a tough fight from the likes of Leverkusen and Schalke, who are not far behind them, so a win is a must! Dost, De Bruyne and Schurrle will probably feature from Jamie – so keep an eye out for the price!
- Man City Win + BTTS @ 6/4 vs QPR (Premier League, 1600 KO)
City have a fight on their hands to secure 3rd, and could still get 2nd if they get the necessary luck. QPR need to win to stay up, otherwise they are pretty much down. In the 5 games since QPR were promoted in the last 5 years, they have scored in 4, while City have won + BTTS in 3 of those 5, won to nil in one and drew the other. The regular market of a simple win does not represent value @ about 1/5.
The NAP for the day featured in our Tips for the weekend in general and my preview:
- Duisburg Win @ Evs vs Erfurt (Bundesliga 3, 1300 KO)
As mentioned, Erfurt have lost 4/5 both overall and at home, while Duisburg have won 4/5 overall and 3/5 away from home, but the key factor is a fight for the title with Bielefeld/being 1 point clear of 3rd place Kiel, which would mean a playoff to get promoted. Add to that the fact they have won the last 5 meetings, and won well against this side.
Best of luck for the day – the double is around 5.25/1, add Duisburg for 10.5/1!
