It’s been a few weeks since my last one of these, where we hit around 6/8, but with the return of domestic football there is enough on to have a crack once again!
8 games, 8 bets under the price of evens but as an accumulator, something that hits at least 30/1.
The games are spread far and wide across Europe, with a couple of shorter priced ones that normal but they add to the pot to make a 35/1 acca.
Here is my list of games/markets, followed by a short reason:
St Gallen vs Basel: Basel Win @ 8/11 (Saturday)
Suditrol vs Venezia: Venezia Win @ 4/5 (Sunday)
Granada vs Barcelona: Barcelona Over 2.5 Team Goals @ 8/13 (Sunday)
Pescara vs AC Milan: AC Milan Win @ 8/15 (Sunday)
Levante vs Mirandes: Levante Over 1.5 Team Goals @ 8/13 (Saturday)
Zilina vs Presov: Zilina HT-FT @ 1/2 (Sunday)
Rotherham vs Fulham: Fulham Win @ 2/5 (Saturday)
Bolton vs Chesterfield: Bolton Win @ 2/5 (Saturday)
From the top…
Basel have a great record against St Gallen, and although the home side have good form, they have not faced anyone with the talent of Basel – might be a little closer than I would like but Basel should win. Venezia are top of their league and face a Suditrol side they have beaten twice already this season, 2-0 and 4-0. They look set to go back to the 2nd tier for the first time in a few years!
Barca are Barca…not much arguing. They have been nailing teams of late, scoring upwards of 4/5 goals on a regular basis. Granada are in the bottom three, so they should be picked off. Milan face a Pescara side getting hammered most weeks, regardless of being home or away, and with Montella’s men looking very good this season, another loss is what I think will occur for the home side.
Levante have a cracking home record, dropping very few points while conceding few. They face a team who are have the worst away record in the league and rarely score let alone trouble opponents! Zilina also face a lowly opponent that are only staying up because Myjava have been relegated on financial grounds. The best market available is this, if the handicaps come up be sure to back -1 instead!
Fulham and Bolton are facing two sides that are all but done in their league this season. Rotherham and Chesterfield are pretty much rooted to the bottom with no hope and excruciatingly bad form.
Best of luck!
