Football Tips: Weekend Acca // Over 2.5 Goals // 10.03.18

Well. What a great week! The Monaco game last night capped a 38/1 6-Fold Acca. Bar the first couple of games being a touch close, the rest had 4 or more goals in.

A great pointer that over 2.5 goals is a good market, and given a little luck and plenty of research – it can pay off big time!

So – to the weekend. A spread across Saturday and Sunday, with a total price of around 45/1.

Here are my 6 games:

1: Admira Wacker vs Sturm Graz: Over 2.5 Goals @ 9/10 (1730 KO, Saturday)

Admira and Sturm Graz are the two top teams for over 2.5 goals this season. Admira have an 18/7 record overall and an 8/4 home record, while Sturm have a 15/10 overall, and an 8/5 away record. Good record between them – Sturm winning 6-1 last time and with the home side missing a few players defensively, a big scoreline could occur again.

2: Br Rovers vs Northampton: Over 2.5 Goals @ 17/20 (1500 KO, Saturday)

This is pure stats. Rovers have a 23/12 overall record, and a stunning home record of 13/4 home record for over 2.5 goals! Northampton have a 19/16 record overall, but an 11/6 away record – the best in the league. Previous results of 6-0, 5-0, 3-2 and 2-2. Great price!

3: Duisburg vs Dusseldorf: Over 2.5 Goals @ 9/10 (1230 KO, Sunday)

Duisburg have a top record in this market, and especially since the winter break ended. 6 of their 7 games have gone over 2.5, while for Dusseldorf – 5 of 7 over 2.5’s since the winter break. Could be a cracking game, and one I see goals in.

4: Cagliari vs Lazio: Over 2.5 Goals @ 4/5 (1400 KO, Sunday)

Possibly the best record for over 2.5 goals. Lazio have a 13/1 record – which is incredible. Cagliari have a decent record – just above 50% – but when you are playing a side containing Ciro Immobile, and you are at home – watch out. 4/5 is a very generous price!

5: Cordoba vs Lugo: Over 2.5 Goals @ 17/20 (1700 KO, Sunday)

Slightly risky, but I like it. Cordoba are one of those sides who can score 3 by themselves. 18/11 record, and 5 over 2.5’s in a row. Lugo have 3 in a row, and have bagged a few goals against the better sides of late. Not great defensively too, which really helps.

6: Sarpsborg vs Rosenborg: Over 2.5 Goals @ 1/1 (1700 KO, Sunday)

This is the risky bet of the weekend. First game of the Norwegian season, but two teams who have a track record both in general and against each other. Rosenborg contain a lot of attacking talents including Lord Bendtner among several, but defensively frail at times. Sarpsborg and Rosenborg both had 18/12 records last season in terms of over 2.5 goals, and both had 9/6 records in terms of home for Sarpsborg, and away for Rosenborg. Both have scored in their last 4 meetings, with 3 going over 2.5 – and a great price!

Best of luck
