After a fairly quiet week with a few bits of harsh luck, we arrive at the weekend again. Here are my four picks for the next couple of days:
Notts County vs Wimbledon: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 11/10 (Saturday, League Two – 1500 KO)
Notts County have a great record for this market. 7 in their last 10 games both overall and at home. High records of conceding, while also scoring plenty too. Wimbledon’s record isn’t quite as good, but they are a good team and usually score when on the road. Their other meet this season ended 2-1, and this time around I’m expecting a similar scoreline.
Cagliari vs Ternana: Cagliari -1 Goal Handicap @ 13/10 (Saturday, Serie B – 1400 KO)
Cagliari are the form side of the Serie B league. 10 wins from 11 home games, 6 of which by -1 goal and 9 have gone over 2.5 goals, with them often scoring 3 or more on their own! Ternana have lost 7 of 11 away games, conceding a lot of 2’s, 3’s and the odd 4. 2-0 or 3-1 would be my prediction on the score. -1 Asian Handicap is available at just under Evens, if you want a little safety.
Real Betis vs Real Madrid: Real Madrid -2 Goal Asian Handicap @ 6/4 (Sunday, La Liga – 1930 KO)
Betis vs Real Madrid has ended 5-0 in the last two meets, and with Real Madrid in scoring form since Zidane took over (10 in 2 games) and the fact they have racked up 3 or more goals in 8 of their last 11 games gives me a huge amount of confidence. Good thing about this bet – win by 2, and it’s void. Win by 3 – bet wins. Betis have been conceding a load of goals to poor teams recently, losing 6 of 11 home games, conceding 2-4 in each loss. Real Madrid should put 3-5 past them in my opinion.
Tenerife vs Numancia: BTTS + Over 2.5 Goals @ 8/5 (Sunday, Spanish Segunda – 1600 KO)
These two have a good rate of scoring/conceding goals. In 21 games, both have around 55-60 goals in their games, but the big factor is their previous meetings. The last two ended 6-3 and 3-3, while in the last four there were other results of 0-0 and 3-2. Both are in the top 5 ‘Over 2.5 Goals’ league, while both have decent records in this market. Good price considering they have a high scoring history. 5/4 is the price for Over 2.5, so if you can’t find the specific market that is still a fab price.
As an accumulator – this pays 30/1!
All the best
