There isnt much on offer with there being international football but there is the 2nd round of Conference games. No stats with there being so few games but a little heads up on 5 games:
Wrexham 11/10 vs Halifax Town – Wrexham very good value against newly promoted Halifax. They have kept the majority of their squad together so should be there or there abouts straight away. Above evens is terrific value. Wrexham tend to keep it tight away and nick the odd goal. 2-0.
Kidderminster 21/20 vs Alfreton – Kidderminster, with Gash and Malbon up front, should be too much for Alfreton to handle. 3-1.
Barnet 5/4 vs Tamworth – Edgar Davids’ Barnet take on Tamworth, who have lost top scorer Adam Cunnington to Cambridge. Barnet should win this fairly easily, 5/4 is excellent value. Tamworth look toothless without Cunnington, so expect something along the lines of a two goal margin of victory. 2-0.
Cambridge 6/5 vs Welling (Weds) – with new strike pairing of Adam Cunnington and Ryan Donaldson (Formerly of Newcastle), they should be more than good enough to take the win. Welling lost out to a late Wrexham winner on saturday, so will be sore after losing in that manner. 4-1 is our prediction.
Forest Green 20/21 vs Nuneaton – Surprise favourites for the title, Forest Green are decent value and just under evens to follow up their 8-0 Hyde-ing of Hyde to win this one. Nuneaton are tough at home, so expect both sides to score. 3-1 FG.
All five together pays about 40/1, depending on where you go. We suggest a mix of small doubles to trebles as very often one side get a red card and draw. Most 3 folds with any of these five should get you between 8 and 10/1. Kidderminster/Wrexham/Barnet would be our suggested 3 fold, adding Cambridge to make a 25/1 4 fold
