Wimbledon 2015 Tips // Round One // Mens

Morning all

A very good two weeks ahead! I have decided to extend our service and offer some tennis tips as I have been very successful on a personal betting level of late, and have found some great value. I am just offering mens tips for the first two days/first round as I feel this is where I know most and where a lot of value is. Here is an accumulator for day 1:

1. Dominic Thiem Win 3-0 (Sets) @ 12/5 vs D Sola

Thiem is a rising star, beating the likes of Mayer, Gulbis, Simon, Fognini and many more recently. A very dangerous player, and one that should deal with this lowly ranked Israeli. Sola is in good form but has played mostly opponents outside of the top 100.

2. Alexander Zverev Win 3-0 (Sets) @ 2/1 vs T Gabashvili

Zverev has beaten Novak Djokovic last week…which is some feat! He is in good form as well, as is his opponent – but the rankings of his last 5 wins have been 143, 193, 217, 306 and 453…so not challenging in reality.

3. Dusan Lajovic Win @ 6/4 vs Tommy Haas

Haas has spent the last year recovering and nearly retired through injury. He has come back recently, and played 3 games – winning one. Lajovic is a cracking player, ranked 70 odd in the world but has beaten the likes of John Isner recently. Haas will be rusty and wary of further reoccurances of his injury, so I’d fancy the outsider in this one

4. Kei Nishikori Win 3-0 (Sets) @ 5/4 vs Simeone Bolelli (NAP)

Nishikori is 5 in the world, Bolelli 56. His form is immense – in his last 11 wins he has won 2-0/3-0 is 9 of those. His only loss recently was due to retirement and injury. This surface should suit him well, while Bolelli is a decent player, Nishikori should walk all over him in a simple 3-0 win.

This pays 50/1 – sorry the detail is not quite that of the football tips but it is harder to go off form, as mentioned a lot of opponents faced in early rounds of competitions are poor quality so nothing can be read into that. These players do not meet very often either – only Nishikori has played Bolelli at all out of these four games. I’m not sure of times, they are all set to play today between 11 and 5, and with many courts they should all play.

Best of luck
